These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the store, placing orders, and the rights and obligations of both parties to the transaction.

All products offered in the store are handmade and may slightly differ from the preview photos.


Definitions

  • Buyer – a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit making a purchase in the store.
  • Consumer – a natural person making a purchase not directly related to business activity.
  • Seller – the owner of the store, indicated in the General Provisions.
  • Product – an item available in the store, handmade.
  • Store – the online store available at: https://cozy-loops.com

Placing Orders
Orders can be placed via the website 24/7.
To place an order, the Buyer should:
Select a product and add it to the cart.
Fill in the order form (personal data, delivery address, payment method).
Accept the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Confirm the order.
After placing an order, the Buyer will receive an e-mail confirming the acceptance of the order for processing.

Payments
Product prices are given in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT.
Available payment methods:
traditional bank transfer,
online payment (e.g. Przelewy24, PayU),
credit card payment (if applicable),
cash on delivery (if available).
The payment deadline in the case of a bank transfer is 3 business days. After this period, the order may be canceled.

Order Fulfillment and Delivery
The order processing time is [3 to 14 business days], depending on the product availability and the handmade nature of the product.
Products are shipped via:
Polish Post,
courier companies (e.g. InPost, DPD, etc.),
InPost parcel lockers (if available).
Delivery costs are provided during the order process and added to the product price.

Withdrawal from the Contract (Return)
The Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
This period is counted from the day the Buyer receives the shipment.
To withdraw from the contract, a statement must be sent (e.g. by e-mail or traditional mail). A return form template is available here: [link or attachment].
The product should be returned to the following address:

The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned shipment.
Products not eligible for return:
personalized or custom-made products,
products showing signs of use.

Complaints
In the event of a product defect, the Buyer may submit a complaint to the following e-mail address: [e-mail address].
The complaint should include: full name, order number, description of the problem, and product photos.
Complaints are processed within 14 days.

Personal Data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR and the Privacy Policy available on the Store’s website.
The data controller is the Seller.
Data is processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders, customer service, and – with consent – marketing.

Final Provisions
In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
The Terms and Conditions may be amended. Customers will be informed about changes electronically.
Using the store means acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
